Cider Mill Upgrade Kits are rewarded during the fall events. The group of the 3 best buildings from the Antiques Dealer to increase the attack bonus does not contain the Winner’s Plaza. It can be upgraded further to the Flourishing Cider Mill. When there is no event running, the Antiques Dealer is the best opportunity to increase the attack bonus. It can be obtained by using the Cider Mill Upgrade Kit on the Bountiful Cider Mill. The Prosperous Cider Mill is a special production building released during the 2018 Fall Event.
